WHAT: VIRTUAL FAMILY GAME NIGHT
WHEN: SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2020, 7 PM – 8 PM
WHERE: THE ZOOM WHERE IT HAPPENS

With COVID-19, PCO’s not the same,
But not to worry, ‘coz Parish Life’s got game.
On September 27th, 7 p.m. is the time
To find out more about this rhyme!

Our fun objective is to get to know each other better─
With BOGGLE*, you’ll find that most elusive letter;
TWO TRUTHS AND A LIE* lets you tell a clever whopper;
And by playing ENCORE*, you’ll share music lyrics proper!

(poem by Katie Norton)

*BOGGLE: Look at letters on the screen; grab some paper and a pencil and see how many words you can find in three minutes. The more words you find and the longer they are, the better your chance of becoming a Super Speller─and winning the game!
*TWO TRUTHS AND A LIE: Tell three facts about yourself—two are true, one is a whopper, and teams have to guess which is which: you blew up your English composition book, you’ve flown small planes; you hate chocolate.
*ENCORE: Teams compete to come up with the most songs containing a specific word or theme. The host gives a prompt, and teams have to sing at least 8 words from the song.
Choose a game(s); then, based on your preference(s), we’ll create chat room teams and have “Presbyterian fun, decently and in order.”

No tech stress, no pressure: Zoomin’ Queen (aka Deb Major, Parish Life Chair) will handle all Zoom administration details, so get your game mouse on and be ready to PARTAY THE PCO WAY!!
