PCO youth and adults are invited to visit Cass Community Services in Detroit to help organize the Tool Library. This mission trip is scheduled for Saturday, October 9. We will gather at PCO to leave at 9 a.m. We expect to return before 6 p.m.
While visiting Cass, trip participants will help organize the tools for use by residents of Cass’ tiny homes. Many of these tools were donated by PCO members and collected at the church on Fathers’ Day. The tools are available for “check out” for home repair and improvement. Trip participants will be able to see some of the tiny homes, and possibly visit Cass’s new “freight farm”, a hydroponic garden in a shipping container.
